Rebranding for Philly Living: Real Estate team

Philly Living came to Brand Revive wanting to have new signage designed. After brainstorming with their team we decided they needed a new branding to go along with any creative material we would produce.

Brand Revive did just what we were born to do: we revived their brand!

We designed a new logo for them, a new brand identity, new business cards, folders, thank you cards, etc.. and we wanted to create for them something different than the other real estate companies, we all agree it should be creative, innovative, out of the box and recognizable.

Dribbble Invite Contest

Brand Revive has 2 Dribbble Invites that we will be giving away to two amazing graphic designers. In order to pick the best designers we are hosting our very own contest. To enter simply send an email to info@brandrevive.com containing your Dribbble username and one 800px by 600px jpg or png with a new version of our logo.

We are a creative branding firm located in Philadelphia so make sure your logo concepts are tight. Choose your own symbol and font that best represent a Branding firm and most importantly be creative! We will share our favorite designs on our site and announce the winners on March 1st!

Lastly make sure to include in your email a cover letter telling us why you want to join Dribbble and why you deserve to be a part of the community. We will only draft the most dedicated artists so if you don’t plan on posting frequently don’t even bother entering.

Throwback Web Design – Boy the web was ugly

Web Design trends change very often and with modern technology we can do a lot more with a website than we could have 10 years ago. You don’t know where you’re going without knowing where you’ve been. Today we are highlighting the way the web was in its infancy. Below are some screen shots of some of the most popular sites when they were babies. Just like no person is happy with the way they looked in their adolescence, these sites sure are ugly.

Evian Cute Baby Videos

It is no surprise that some of the most watched videos on YouTube are ones of cute babies. Evian capitalized on this baby craze in 2009 starting their YouTube Channel Evian Babies. The video attached has received over 65 Million views and was one of several videos put out by Evian on this YouTube Marketing Channel. Evian was very smart and calculated in their approach to these campaigns. They made YouTube commercials utilizing keywords that people search every day like “Cute Baby”. They spent their time creating entertaining, cute, hilarious videos that don’t have a whole lot to do with water, they do however, carry the brand’s image and slogan.  With the total amount of impressions of all these videos approaching 1 Billion, it’s safe to say they did a great job with this. I mean who doesn’t love roller skating babies?!

The best Superbowl ad you never saw

Ferrell’s ad for Old Milwaukee beer aired in just three markets: Sherman, Texas; Ardmore, Okla., and Glendive, Mont., making it one of the least-viewed major commercials during the Super Bowl.

Now it is one of the most talked about ads of the Superbowl. Just goes to show you that breaking your budget on a huge commercial isn’t the only way to get exposure.

How to convert your personal facebook page into a business page

Facebook has become a huge tool to help small businesses engage with their customers. Several of our clients were using a personal account as their business page, which limits them incredibly. On top of that, maintaining a personal account for anything other than an individual person is a violation of Facebook’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities. Facebook can actually freeze and remove your account if you are doing this.

Dunkin’ Donuts New Year’s Contest

Dunkin’ Donuts is offering a very unique marketing campaign to bring in the new year. They have launched a contest on their Facebook Page asking their customers to take photos and videos wishing everyone a happy new year. The innovative part of the contest is that the winning photos and videos will be displayed on a billboard in Times Square during the New Year’s festivities.

The contest launched this morning and is a great way for the brand to engage with their followers and reward them for engaging with Dunkin’ Donuts.
